I create and facilitate sacred spaces for you to take a journey home to your heart. Through creative art processes-cut and paste collages of words and images, enriching community experiences, journaling, and self reflection; I facilitate spaces of healing, connection, and self compassion. I believe we can become more alive than ever and live from a place of truth instead of fear. I am always gatherering a circle and I would love to have you be a part of it.
